ENG. Hossam Younes is the Founder and Principal of HY Creations, bringing over 21 years of global architectural and interior design experience to his practice. With a distinguished portfolio spanning the U.S., Egypt, and abroad, his expertise encompasses contemporary interior design, luxury master planning, mixed-use developments, and intelligent office buildings.
Throughout his career, Eng. Younes has served as a project architect on major international landmarks, including The Ark of Return at the United Nations in NYC and the National Palace of Haiti. Holding prestigious affiliations with RIBA and the AIA, and armed with a Master of Architecture from AAST, he combines profound academic insight with high-level technical visualization to deliver exceptional, modern spaces. Today, he leads HY Creations from its dual bases in Cairo and Alexandria, bridging international innovation with local excellence.
